Crony,

I agree that there are many that look not just at the share price but the share price vs the point when they bought in. However, usually when the company is posting good results and for the most part, doing an ok job in a bad semi market of growing and maintaining asps and margins, then most share holders are happy.

The majority of the posters on rb seem to be anti present management and the head of that movement is a friend of old management. He is eloquent and well informed about the company but continues to put only the most positive spin on old management and overlooks all the positive things that new management have done. I find his loyalty to his friend admirable but I think it is clouding his judgement on Simtek's outlook. I think people who read that board to get information on Simtek need to know that perspective and any newcomers might not get that history. I honestly think he would be happy if the company would fail so he could say I told you so.

I think there are lots of positives here for Simtek. I like the new direction that management has for the company. I do think that salaries are on the high end of what compensation should be for a company of Simtek's size but sometimes you have to spend that money to make money.

I think the one big thing for Simtek is that the present management looks like they are really getting the world wide market for nvsram to grow, especially with their new deal with Cypress. Looking back, I honestly don't see old management being able to do this. HB is a salesman. He sold himself to the board to take over the company, he has sold the concept of nvsram to cypress and now the rising tide might be significant enough to raise all the ships in this sea. Is there risk? Of course there is always risk and it is significant for small tech companies. But I like present managements outlook and approach.

I just wanted to present here a little balance on the web as to what is being posted on rb. Enough of the rant.

All JMO though. Good luck out there.

Neal
