It's beyond me. Post-graduate school and several degrees and basic American history is missing. That there was no slaves in the north is not taught anywhere is it?

Knowing someone is going to research something that is obviously questionable, why make it up?

I also liked that part about women not getting equal rights until the 70's. Last time I checked, women's suffrage was a landmark event of the Roaring 20's (or more accurately, 1920).


Ten, are you dumbing down? Why don't you look up the meaning of suffrage and when it first became a possibility for women in the US. Secondly, I need to point out that when a noun has an 's' at the end of it....that signifies the plural form of that word. The plural form means more than one; hence "rights" suggests more than one right. Suffrage is just one right.
