In any world its not a privilege. You have a right to your property. That right can be violated, but if it was merely a privilege there wouldn't be anything to violate. Saying it is a privilege implies that no violation takes place when you take the "privilege" away. Which is not to say that we shouldn't be happy to live in a country which does restrain itself to a reasonable extent as opposed to a country where you can get things as absurd as this distributedrepublic.net Message 23511725
