In any world its not a privilege. You have a right to your property. That right can be violated, but if it was merely a privilege there wouldn't be anything to violate. Saying it is a privilege implies that no violation takes place when you take the "privilege" away.

I am saying to live in this country is a privilege. Not only does the gov't confiscate private property willy nilly but the rich have some of the lightest taxes in the first world if not the entire world.
