Thanks Shootie. After I posted that request for help, I remembered the book I just got last week from Life Extension that you recommended a few weeks ago. According to the book, I'm doing pretty much what it advises, with my "Cold-eze" zinc lozenges, garlic and lots of water. I'm also consuming several cups of tea throughout the day. I think I feel better right now than I did when I first got up this morning. I'm starting to cough up some clear junk, which is good.
