I have always wondered about the leality of prosecution for family members related to a hate crime victim. It's one thing when you are talking about the S Korean kid that went nuts at VA TECH. It's another thing when you think about the families of the kids from Leeds that blew up the London subway system. I think there should be some careful thought about exiling families of convicted terrorists. It makes some degree of sense to me, if the jihadis know their family will be returned to the ME as a result of their actions. It might establish some degreeof slef doubt, as the risks to the family outweigh the risks of jihad to the individual.
