I don't have a source, but I doubt that. I'd suspect decaying vegitation and animals would produce more methane. Ever been around a take that "turns over" in the spring? Really stinks, and you can almost ignite the air around the lake.

Under “Atmospheric Concentration” states that 95% of CO2 is the result of other than Human activity.:

I believe that the source that I saw where the ocean produced the most were in this film, but it’s over an hour:

Since the oceans contain the largest biomass I think we can conclude that it produces the largest amount of CO2.
