Yeppers, makes a lot of sense. How many times has it been speculated that the Ontario corp is not even owned by the NV/US corp that trades as SLJB? Gee, I lost count to be honest. It will be entertaining to see the judge's decision on this motion, especially considering it was specifically stated that no additional extensions to file will be made. I think that they have peeved this judge, and it may well be too little too late for this charade. Not to mention that it seems they are playing fast and loose with the name game by only trying to file as the canadian outfit. At least Markle has made reference to Sulja BROTHERS which should end the speculation of the touts on that one. I do not think the judge is going to be pleased, what say you?
