I've gone to the top of the company, they now have me on their VIP list, I've already spoken to the CEO's administrative assistant, I have her in my speed dial, she told the President, or so she said, a special tech guy comes out within hours of whenever I call, they respond but still the Internet reception goes in and out even though they "fixed" the problem... as a result of all that they gave me three months free service for the inconvenience... but I still get the same broken service...
