Where are you coming up with this BS?? Iraq is predominatly an ARAB country, with a smattering of Kurds, Persians, and Turks mixed in..

Vietnam is a country of some 54 different ethnicities:

Vietnam was carved out of the remnants of the French Empire, just as Iraq was carved out of the remnants of the Ottoman Empire. It's borders were arbitrarily set by international agreement, and the dominant Kihn ethnic group were permitted to dominate the entire country.
