It's nuts anyway. Last I heard the governments were starting to lose money on gas tax due to conservation efforts. So now they are trying to figure out a way to penalize the taxpayer for saving energy.
I missed that. Telling me you're kidding me. PLEASE.

Reminds me of the water shortage thet had out here. Water District screamed and yelled at the rate payers to CONSERVE. So they did. You gotta keep drinking water, right?

Next thing you know the water district is asking the board of supes for a rate increase to make up for the MONET THEY LOST BECAUSE OF CONSERVATION!!!!!!

Bring back King George, give me taxation without representation.
I'll take George. I think he had more sense.
