This has gotten OT. CO2 is a good topic for this board because of the HUGE economic implications. I think that rightly or wrongly, the government will act to limit CO2 emissions. It will add perhaps 50% to the price of electricity and drop the thermal efficiency of a large coal plant by about 1% (from the 33% they develop now). There will be $ billions made on CO2 trading - none of which will deliver more energy.

I have never liked SO2 (sulphur dioxide) in the atmosphere.

Jack, in case you had not noticed, it's carbon monoxide, not CO2, that is the frequent vehicle of choice for those bent on suicide.

Your nasty little post has nothing whatever to do with the "global warming" debate.

Go plant a tree someplace if you want to counteract the CO2 that ChanceIs generates when he breathes.
