I would give you permission to bomb my own house if it would stop even one terrorist event, so of course I would give you permission to bomb any material unit on the planet if it would give us peace on earth ... it wont. Al-Quaeda cares more about it's goals than places or people. From what I know about them, I predict they would be more likely to put on skirts and pom poms to cheer you on than decist. Because it would advance their agenda to radicalize others. And I'm pretty sure I am right.
