Yeah, organizations like CAIR are real good at making blanket condemnations of "terrorism". But try to get them to say that any particular incident, like for instance, Hamas suicide bombing a Tel Aviv pizzeria, is actually "terrorism" and all of a sudden its excuse city. Because you see, "terrorism" may be bad but "resistance" is holy...

But gem, there is NOTHING there I could see that is more recent than 2005.

WHere is the Muslim condemnation of the murderers of Daniel Pearl? Or any of the other Americans beheaded? Or torn apart? Or found will drill holes in their heads and other body parts? (Yes, I just talked to a young man whose cousin has just started his 5th tour of duty there in Iraq....the stories are there, and the media isn't printing them)
Or for any of the Muslim children and women who have been blown up? What about all the other innocent people who were just "there" in any given market place, and the murdering barbarians blew them up as well....where is the Muslim outcry against those events?

Rough cut,

Thanks for that wonderful post!!

Isn't a damn shame that we don't see the press in the US and around the world spreading the words of these moderate muslims in order to discredit the Jihadist movement?

It's long been my contention that what the "war on terror" is all about is a civil war between moderates/reformists, and militants within Islam. It's a shame that mostly what we hear are the words of the terrorists, and not other Muslims who understand that groups like Al Qai'da seek to usurp the Muslim faith for their own sinister agenda.
