I'll concede all of those points.

But you totally missed my point.

The $1 billion plus of PBG's value that can be attributed to THAI has yet to established as valid.

To justify the value that it now represents, it must be proven to be repeatable, adaptble to projects and venues other than Whitesands and capable of being patented or otherwise secured as intellectual property.

It must then be marketed in such a way as to provide an unmistakeable economic benefit to other bitumin producers. This benefit must be demonstrated after subtracting any fee or royalty that PBG would charge.

Concurrently to justify this value it must be clearly superior to any of the several other techniques being investigated to achieve similar results.

Finally the time to achieve all of these steps and risks needs to be factored into the current market price.

The market price has become self driving with a lot of folks assuming THAI as a licensed technology is fait accompli.

T'aint necessarily so.....
