They may say that but its not true. Not to say the israelis dont do things that impact civilians. I am talking about individual citizens going crazy and terror movements blowing up discos. If the israeli army in a military situation causes civilian casualties, its tragic but different. Israelis have had enough of the recent wave of hamas attacks for example and their army is moving---yes pal civilians will die but its not the same thing as deliberately targeting civilian areas with rockets. Having said all of this, i am sure there have been times when israeli military has crossed the line too.
