I do have a question for you though. What does a nation state have the right to do when under direct attack? During WW2 in the pre-nuke era folks used any and all weaponry available against both military and ultimatley civilian targets. I am sure when the US started targeting civilian targets we said it was in retribution for what the germans and Japanese did first. But in any case, should a nation committ national suicide to stay on the politically correct side of things?
