Yes, when we know who is being held in Gitmo. Those held seem to be countryless at the moment. They weren't fighting in uniform, and claim no identity..... Just a desire to kill "Jews, Christians and Americans" --So says their mentor's mouth direct to our ears...

But, kumar, I need an answer to know how to identify those how murdered and injured so many of the worlds peoples on 9-11.



Which of the above apply to the folks we hold at Gitmo?

In any case - "murdering barbarians" is not appropriate here.

Why? Would seem to fit the bill.
