Another way to stop radical islam is to insert nationalism into the debate. If i were south asian i wouldnt want arabs inserting themselves. If i was arab i wouldnt want persians. If i were lebanese i would want palestinians or al queada. Maybe its time to play the nationalism card. Historically its stopped other movements from either gaining traction or achieving victory. Even the USSR put communism behind what they perceived to be russian national interests for the most part.
