OK...for any noncitizens....Maybe the best thing to do then is just detain them, forever if necessary, until the "conflict or war" is concluded. We didn't ask non-citizens to be here in our country in the first place. They have no right to be here, unless our Government has given them documentation otherwise. I see NO harm in detaining them, if they were actively plotting against our country. After the war/conflict is over, then we can decide what to do with them. I was thinking of non-citizens, and only when we felt it was the most appropriate venue
