Should we have applied that full range of legal rights to soldiers, and spies captured in WWII? Should they have had full jury trials, full disclosure requirements, the requirement that they be proven guilty beyond all reasonable doubt, and multiple appeals. If at any point we couldn't meet those requirements should we have released those enemy agents?

If we are a country of rights ..those rights should apply to ALL...

No country bestows unlimited rights. Entitlement to many rights depends on situation and status. Just as domestic felons lose certain rights, those captured on battle fields do also.
