There seems to be a further misconception that all this incontrovertible evidence we are posting is for the sole purpose of convincing people to sell their shares. Huh? I do readily admit: 97% worthless is really no different than 100% worthless, so unless you need spare change for a cup of coffee, why bother? I liken this stage of the game, the endgame, to a science experiment. At what point will the sheep finally admit they've been sheared? I mean, heck, we have a smoking gun letter that Big Apple not only knew about Turek selling, but aided and abetted him-- then lied to shareholders, thereby perpetuating their ignominious ignorance it was all the fault of naked shorting. Instead, we get a novel about Warren Buffet and Walmart and how penny stocks are supposed to be long term holds. Too funny!!! - Jeff

So let me see if I have this straight? Turek filed for bankruptcy protection and reorganization. In all of the documents that he had to file with the courts he was forced to disclose that he was well aware of his inability to fulfill the requirements he signed. Failed rent payment, failed mortgage payments, Loss of contracts to sell his product, Canceled checks, Failure to pay suppliers and creditors. Admitting he was selling stock in an attempt to make those payments...... .................All the while knowing this he put out over 50 PR's that everything was just hunky dory making all of his PR's False, Fraudulent, misleading and outright Lies.. I would expect much more than the courts involved here? I would anticipate a full blow SEC investigating to commence soon if not already in Place.. IMHO -shorts
