Sorry, my bad. Actually why not give the whole country to the Kurds? They've gotten little to no attention since the vast majority of attacks happen in other parts of the country. The Kurds are rebuilding their part of Iraq. Not too long ago I saw a documentary about the Kurds and it depicted them as a constructive group doing their best to make things better for themselves. In the documentary they visited a construction site and there was a female engineer (in western style dress) that was running the project and giving orders to men....... Not the usual in that part of the world.....
