At some point the general market will decline, reflecting the weaker economic conditions here. That will probably coincide with a seriously weaker dollar. The timing of this is impossible to forecast. As for the Yen, the Japanese are pleased to have a weaker Yen alomgside a stronger Chinese Yuan; that gives them a trade advantage, particularly in Asia. They are probably in no hurry to raise interest rates, and, even if they do, it will be a miniscule change and may have negligible effect on the carry trade.
