A brief summary of all those recent docket entries is that there will be another hearing on 7 Jun 07. Obviously the judge is going to take some more time to read the various motions sumbitted. I believe a change of venue to the MO court will be the primary outcome.

Interesting response. You are saying that Turek sold shares from the treasury to pay his personal debit. He did not sell shares that were issued to him to pay that debit. So the shares issued to him would still be listed in the filings. That should be easy to verify. You go on to say that he did "dump" his personal shares. So which is it? Or is it both? You aren't a lawyer Jeff. I know that from the Dobry days and all that transpired. But you do tend to try to make people think you have a legal background. Just what are your legal credentials? Finally, you said that "Are you stating that it is illegal for Plasticon to sell shares to satisfy debt?" was the wrong question to ask, and that I am very good at asking the wrong questions, making them misleading and irrelevant. You are entitled to that opinion. But, if I was involved in some grand plot to "pump and dump" Plasticon shares, I wouldn't be asking any questions at all! You know that as well as anyone. Anyone can say anything on the net in a message board environment and as long as they do not provide any link to proof, it is as worthless as what you just posted. Your opinion doesn't make anything TRUTH. To imply that it does is disturbing. It says to the reader that this guy thinks that he has found the truth and is willing to trash others reputation on the basis of his opinion that he feels is the truth. That is a trait last observed out of control in 1939 Germany. At least you responded. rrm
