Yeah, we listed a house yesterday of a hot shot who is leaving while this gets settled in court as he had a much better offer. He was still getting paid, but there is a huge demand for seasoned miners. The community here stopped the AJ after Echo Bay spent 100 million and now are trying to stop Kensington and I am sure coeur has already spent in excess 100 million. It is not really a lake per se (no fish), more like a depression filled with water-lol. But I think coeur will eventually get a permit or just put the tailing on dry land somewherre.
