LC, I have been keeping my arthritus at bay pretty well with green tea. I read a science report using mice. The mice given green tea had little joint damage or pain.

In short green tea reduces inflamation better than aspiren. Only green tea.

I steep 6 bags a day. 3 at a time. For years it worked so well I needed no other pain medicene.
