Dale; assisted suicide is legal in one town but not across the border, gun laws go all over the place, drinking ages could vary over a huge range, etc You pinned the argument. Coming from a very liberal state and living under the laws of a conservative bible thumping republican administration the last several years I have grown fearful. To suggest that the life styles of the west coast might/can be dictated by Texans is tremendously scary. The federal government was never seen by the writers of the Constitution and Bill of Rights as dictating our daily lives. steve
