Tyc, that was the one sentence I was thinking of when I said the summary was simplistic. As you know better than most wt value is totally relative to many things. YOu can never make a blanket statement wts should generate a 2 to 1 leveraage

I think the author was just dividing the wt price into the stock price.

PS, I am really starting to warm up to those EPM wts and will buy more next week. I am thinking about selling my GCR and bidding for EPM wts.

I also now like the EPM A's better than the B's. As EPM pushes further into the money the spread between then a's and B's will increasingly reflect the different strike prices which I believe are $1.20 and $1.55 (off my head?). .35 intrinsic value while now the spread between the two wts is only .10.
