Iraq is Bush-Cheney's massive failure, not the Democractic congress's. We all know Bush-Cheney have dug in and are on one hand refusing to cooperate with COngress and the American People, while on the other hand secretly planning for a withgdrawl (cut and run surrender) themselves when the poilitical timing is necessary for them. This is playing politics with our troops' lives. The White House knows the Iraq debacle is alost cause, but they are leaving over 200,000 Americans there (including mercenaries) because Bush doesn't want to admit he has no idea what the F he's doing and lost this so-called "war" years ago.
