Kumar, there is a logical gap there.

Iran, India and China need energy. Iran has lots of oil. Capital fills the gap.

The capital is being used to build expensive nuclear power stations and pipelines to India and power stations in India.

It could be used right there in Iran to build thermal power stations instead of in India and China. Cancel the pipeline and shipping to India and China, and India and China could build nuclear power plants which are instead being built in Iran. I guess you have heard the expression "coals to Newcastle".

You have been conned! Refineries can be built in Iran as easily as India and China. The pipeline doesn't need to be built at all, keeping the gas to supply local electricity production.

Of course, there is actually enough hydrocarbon in Iran to supply India via pipeline and also thermal stations in Iran. But they want nuclear bombs to blow up Jews and others in Islamic Jihad. Occam's Razor gets answers quickly.

PS: I don't see why you sent me a link to this stream via PM. I guess you didn't like some ideas I suggested. I wonder which ones.

So why not build refineries, not nukes?
