Internal conflict - potentially yes. External conflict, potentially no. That's exactly what the Brits thought of the junta that was ruling Argentina at the time just before the Falkland Island conflict began....With rioting in the streets over 400% inflation why would they be so stupid as to start a war with major military power over something with as little worth as the FIs....... I agree with you if you're trying to explain Iran logically, unfortunately, logic has little to do with radical Islam.........
