Well, I guess you think that the discovery of the bodies of so many murdered Jews from the 1940s, in Russia, somehow proves that the Iranian President is on the threshold of becoming a genocidal murderer.

He and Khomeini didn't seem to mind sending Tens (hundreds?) of thousands of young Iranian children to their deaths.

They even provided little plastic keys to hang from their little necks so they could open the gates to paradise:

Today, however, Ahmadinejad appears in public in his Basiji uniform. During the war, he served as one of the Basiji instructors who turned children into martyrs. The generation that fought in the Iran-Iraq War has come to power along with Ahmadinejad. He owed his election in Summer 2005 to the contemporary Basiji movement. In Fall, he announced a “Basiji Week.” According to a report in the newspaper Kayan, some 9 million Basiji heeded the call, “forming a human chain some 8,700 kilometers long…. In Tehran alone, some 1,250,000 people turned out.”[3] In his speeches, Ahmadinejad praises the “Basiji culture” and the “Basiji power” with which “Iran today makes its presence felt on the international and diplomatic stage.” Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati, Chair of the Guardian Council, goes so far as to describe the very existence of Iran’s nuclear program as a triumph of those Iranians who “serve the Basiji movement and possess the Basiji-psyche and Basiji-culture.”[4]

Ahmadinejad is a product of , a former instructor of, and now the inspiration for the Basiji. It's how he came to power, using them much as Hitler used the Brown Shirts, to "convince" people to vote for him:

Five months ago, he says, the basiji and Revolutionary Guards created a "Basirat Plan" to undermine Rafsanjani's credibility with leaflets that portray the former two-time president and his family as very rich and out of touch with ordinary Iranians.

Then two months ago, he asserts, basiji were instructed to list 10 people they know - and to convince them to vote for Ahmadinejad.

"So the basiji acted just like a political party, which is illegal," says Mr. Atrianfar. "A person with few prospects can't come from the city as a technocrat, and get 60 percent of the national vote, without going through an organization. And there is no organization besides the basiji, that could do it."

This is why Israel fears Ahmadinejad obtaining a nuclear weapon. Anyone who was willing to participate in the sacrifice of Iranian children as human "deminers" in Iraq's mindfields wouldn't have the least problem sending a nuclear weapon into Gaza and sacrificing a bunch of Palestinians and Israelis.
