Now, THAT's a straw man! Florida law calls for a state-wide recount, which THEIR Supreme Court ordered. It was over-ruled by the Federal Supreme court, who appointed Bush President.

There was no statewide recount, which the FSC court ordered. The USSC wanted an end to it.

Interesting that you support states rights for abortion but not for elections, even though the constitution specifically gives the states responsibility for elections but doesn't mention abortion.
