She wasnt covert and was removed from being covert years beyond what the law holds you libel before. But lets let this go. LIbby will go to jail and bush will pardon him at the end of his term after the 08 election. What libby needs to do is to appeal away to minimize the time he will serve. Sentence is way to harsh. If they want him to stay in jail so long, they should have him move in with Paris Hilton. Now i could handle that for three years.
