because civilizations can face up to mistakes and face down difficulties

because civilizations can deal with own demons

that is why they are long lasting civilizations with real food culture

as opposed to pop culture that consider McD burgers fit for non-pet consumption

Come to think of it, I don't recall seeing Austrian wine being sold by any of the reputable wine merchants we use, even today.

For a second I read "Australian" and it did give me quite a turn.
