I haven't heard many people boasting about voting Republican in 2006.

Here's the bottom line:

In general, the folks in the middle and at the bottom do better with Democrats; while richer folks do better with Republicans.

Who do you prefer to gain the most?

I'm proud I voted democrat in 2006.

What I don't understand is how anyone could admit voting republican in 2006 after all of the corruption that has been exposed, without being totally embarrassed. And after having given Bush no checks and balances for 6 years, what exactly do republicans stand for any more? It sure isn't prudent fiscal policy (lower spending). It sure isn't honesty and integrity. And it sure as hell isn't looking out for the little guy.
