<If I have misstated your position> You always send messages expressing extreme displeasure and extreme anxiety at any suggestion that the US should not give unconditional support to Israel, and that Israel should be held accountable for wrongdoing, especially when that wrongdoing is conduct using weapons from the US and/or is financed by the US. I don't support giving aid to terrorists. But neither do I support criminal acts by nation states. Israel should never expect the US to merely support Israel no matter what Israel does. The US should never alow itself to be held hostage to Israeli policies, practices or actions when these clearly depart from our interests and ethical standards. As to the latter, the recent use of US supplied cluster bombs is a case in point. We don't do anybody any favors by failing to pursue a foreign policy in the interests of the United States rather than a made in Israel policy.
