Why do you consider it a better bargain? If it is price then someone could argue that since Q paid more they got more valuable goods. I assume that you like myself are not privy to the details so in all honesty cannot make such blanket determinations of fact. Come on Mq I know you are better than that. On another note if NOK's exclusive rights to Trimble were so great why was it that BRCM felt the need to spend $146 million when they could have licensed from a pal? Unless someone can point to a specific case that I have over looked Q has not brought out their dreadnaughts in this battle to date. From Q's side it has been all video compression and GSM/GPRS/EDGE related. Capital ships like core patents should not be risked lightly when in battle IMO. The time will come when the gloves come off and BRCM and NOK will not be able to take advantage of timing or circumstances. I for one would not mind seeing Samsung cancel their limited BRCM supply arrangement especially considering BRCM is not licensed.

BRCM and NOK want you to think the sky is falling so why do so?
