How about death penalty for all of those crimes. No repeal. Hey we could call it a hate crime.. Frankly it's even more vile than killing for hate IMHO.. Typically it's someone you should be protecting.. Then again it's Canada.. we'll just set up a committee to study how re-educate and re-integrate the offenders.. and introduce the Cultural Offenders Act.. (under 18 ? You get two murders for free ) News blackout.... to prevent cross cultural friction... Roy Crashing out... Ida's waiting * life sentence... what is that in Canada anyway.. 7 years with good behaviour <ng>.. I mean it's not like you robbed a bank... you only killed someone... maybe you can be rehabilitated and not do it again...
