Inspector Blixeau himself stated that he felt he was not getting the cooperation he needed from SH....and I don't beleive that he ever made a statement (prior to the invasion) that he believed there were no WMD in Iraq....so how was he vindicated?

ROFL - Blix has proved himself to be irrelevant. What are we to do about all of the democrats who claimed that Saddam was a major problem when they were facing an election and now pretend they were uninformed imbeciles back then?
