"Chemical weapons", means effective weaponized poisons. Not non-weaponized toxic chemicals, and not explosives, certainly not pre-cusors to explosives.

Tell us about the few "chemical weapons" found in Iraq. If my memory is correct, they were corroded and not in working condition. Maybe I'm wrong and you know better.

But it may be that one of the 800+ Home Depots have more potential chemical weapons than all of Iraq did.
