Here and there there's always some mishap and they are used by shrewd people to make money.

It can be BSE used as non-tariff barrier, SARS used by scientists to suck more money to research or in the case of this tainted pet food from China.

The shrewd people doing this in the background know that the ignorant populace will fall easily for it as soon as they see it in the checkout counter pile of magazines or in the free newspaper given in subway stations.

By PATRICK HEALY
Bill and Hillary Rodham Clinton liquidated a trust valued at $5 million to $25 million, leaving the proceeds in cash.

"To Avoid Any Conflict." That's what they SAY.
Perhaps the REAL REASON is that they see the collapse coming....and soon! ;-)
