"CJ, the point is that those who argue that the unborn child is just a "fetus" are invalidating the views of those who argue that the unborn child is a life." All we're saying is that the person with the "problem" should be the one to decide how to consider it, not you, or anybody else.

Just because she decides to carry the baby to term, its condition hasn't changed. Not until birth. "Since you never laid down the condition, one could use your same logic to argue for the legalization of forced abortions, a la People's Republic of China." No you cannot. Because it would violate the will of the mother. To take a trivial example. You can't force trim someone's nails. Likewise, if you assault a pregnant woman and cause the pregnancy to terminate, that is more serious than otherwise.
