I don't have the BG to discuss this, except to say that what little I know of it is that disgruntled employees, etc, can really hurt in this area.

Quite true, for example VoIP telephone service is NOT subject to the same wiretapping protection of a "regular" land-line. VoIP can be tapped "legally" and many care not about the morality and serious privacy issues involved. This is a fact and I know of companies that are working on software to exploit this fact in the US. Pitiful but true. What makes me angry and sad is that most people have absolutely NO CLUE that what I just stated is a fact. They think they have privacy protected by law when in this case it is simply not true. Congress needs to wake up !!!
