at the end of the day, i will put faith in internet and blogs before i lie down with reporters and media, because the media is not free, anywhere. on whether the provincial officials are on the take, specifically on the brickyard issue, probably not. probably too busy with other burning issues. the local officials most assuredly are on the take, and some will do time or more deservingly, something slightly worse, or more biblical
