Other than a quick flip every now and then we'll have to fix them up, add value, to make money. Then again who knows what will happen if the new super exemption passes. Certainly portability will be a lot easier. Might help the market. Won't see this for a year and a half though.

Meanwhile, stocks remain the best game in town.
