I was able to break a light sweat, so I imagine I did some good for my heart. I'm unable to take my own pulse, for some reason. I can only get it "some" of the time. That Sony thing looks interesting. I'm such a music fuss budget I'd never use the music feature. I need some way to measure my heart rate. I'm sure there must be stuff like that out there, I just need to look for it. I'm still only half committed to all of this, but want to continue. Getting old is one thing, but getting lazy at the same time is really bad news! gg
