I have no doubt that Bush's 2 administrations will go down in history as being 2 of the worst 5 ever. No president has ever presided over so many fiascos. In fact I find it difficult to point out a single area where Mr. Bush effected a positive change from the previous administration, other than coining catchy phrases- "no child left behind" "Im the war president". Not bad for a guy who sees the presidency as a stepping stone to baseball commissioner. I cant wait to read his memoirs which Im sure he'll write all by himself. My heart goes out to all those reservists who never dreamed they'd be serving extended periods of time on foreign soil, and to all citizens who suffered hardship because the national guard wasnt in this country to help them in their time of need.
