Unless they are deaf mutes everyone in America knew prior to 9/11 that some kind of attack was coming. Well yes, that was the exact point Tenet and Black tried to warn Rice of BEFORE 9-11 when they went to her with the information that bin Laden was about to attack America. They tried feverishly to get through to Rice that this attack was coming and soon. ......Meanwhile, Bush went to read to little kids. Who is bin Laden?
